HIIT can be a great option for staying in shape when time is an issue, as you can get an amazing fat-burning workout in 30 minutes or less. The true benefits of HIIT come from its effects post-workout. HIIT has been shown to elevate the metabolism for hours after your workout, essentially turning you into a fat-burning machine if done correctly and with adequate intensity.

TRX -Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

The TRX Suspension Trainer:

  • Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout

  • Helps build a rock-solid core
